What should I expect during my consultation?

Your consultation is a dedicated opportunity to discuss your event vision, design preferences, guest count, venue and overall investment. Consultations are conducted by phone or Zoom and are approximately 60 minutes. A $75.00 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you choose to book with Elevated Elegance Event Planning and Design your consultation fee will be applied toward your required non-refundable retainer.  During your consultation we will discuss your event needs and recommend services designed to create an elevated and memorable experience.*Please Note:  All retainers are non-refundable.

What services do you provide?

Our services may include event planning and design, premium draping, luxury balloon décor, custom backdrops, tablescapes, centerpieces, silk florals, linens, chair décor, chargers, signage, favors, vendor coordination, and other customized design elements.

What types of events do you design and decorate?

Accepted Answer

Elevated Elegance provides event planning, design, and décor services for weddings, vow renewals, milestone birthdays, baby and bridal showers, corporate events, celebrations, and other special occasions. Services may include premium draping, luxury balloon décor, backdrops, tablescapes, centerpieces, florals, linens, signage, and other customized design elements.

How far in advance should I book my event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred event date. Availability is limited, particularly during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Short-notice events may be accommodated based on availability.

Question 5

Do you travel outside of Charlotte and Gastonia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Elevated Elegance serves Charlotte, Gastonia, and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service area may be accommodated and may require additional travel or delivery fees.

Can I provide my own decorations or balloons?

Accepted Answer

To maintain the quality and consistency of our designs, Elevated Elegance does not incorporate client-provided balloons or décor into our installations. We use professional-grade, commercial-quality materials that meet our standards and help ensure a polished, cohesive, and beautifully executed result.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

All retainers are non-refundable. We understand that circumstances may change, and rescheduling requests will be handled according to the terms of your agreement and our availability. Additional fees may apply when changes require new materials, rentals, staffing, or scheduling arrangements.

Can you recreate a design I found on Pinterest or social media?

Accepted Answer

Inspiration photos are always welcome and help us understand your preferred aesthetic. However, rather than duplicating another designer's work, we use your inspiration to create a custom Elevated Elegance interpretation tailored specifically to your celebration.
